Watchful in Prayer
God is callig us to tarring kind of prayer.It is the voluntarily kind of pain to discipline of lives to give ourselves to intentional watching and prayer. Jesus says pray that you will escape the trials that is coming, pray you may be worthy to flee the trouble ahead. If we give ourselves to the voluntarily pain we will escape the involuntarily pain of regret and trouble. The principles here is to value prayer, and discipline our tired souls and body to pray daily. Like the scholar studying for final exams, the way he studied discipline his body from sleep and the comfort of rest and pleasure of the world, he focuses himself with all his power to succeed in life , we must do the same in life.
Courtroom
I thought it was most allegorical in a way of Jesus' trial in court. Satan the accuser using all his power to condemn an innocent man. The crowd was operating in demonic and the spirit of accusation like non other, their job is to condemn Jesus. The ultimate enemy that killed Jesus was the religious men partnering the spirit of accusation the fathe of all lies. It was a trial in a courtroom setting, yet the courtroom of heaven already determine the case of the outcome and allowing Satan to rule in that window, with all the power of humanity and political spirit seeking to defend the sin of God yet fallen short when Satan rise in full power. The courtroom of Heaven determines the case way ahead with purposes beyond our earthly understanding, only the eternal God outside of time can determine the fate of humanity. But this picture is what we face day in and day out just as Satan come to the courtroom of heaven and ask God for Job, this is the battle. We must understand how Jesus won and react to accusation and how he stood Hus ground and keeping anchored in the full purposes of God. Viewing the courtroom of Jesus with the courtroom and judge if heaven in mind you'll see a different light and a greater revelation of spiritual warfare and intercession.
As Christian God has given something really awesome to go forward to look ahead. Hpe does not disappoint it is truth. when we begin to meditate and to dig deep into the mysteries of God and hunger for His words and promises we'll begin to get a Visio of what He wants to give us. it is important to begin to fill our hearts and minds like Paul with the awesome reward God is prepping for His children!
in the last few Chapters of Luke God has given us more details pertaining the resurrection body of Christ which is not often preached in the church, yet is what God is promising to every children of God. We must know and understand that when we become born again, Jesus gave us a glorious hope that is the baptism of the Holy Spirit, which depends on our hunger and pursuit, there are measures and different baptism we can undergo. Well, today we've attained that to certain measure, and we think that Christianity's experience is as good as that. but God is promising something much much better, beyond what we can ask or think of. Paul is so looking forward to this. he says He wants to be just like Christ in power and deed and even suffering so that he may attain the resurrection for the dead, which is seriously talking about this body, no longer the immortal body, but the body of greater glory our eternal home when God and us is no longer separable. There is a serious upgrade coming, when our bodies can pass thru walls, can appear and disappear, where the laws of nature will bow at our will, when The sons of God finally made manifested on the earth. this is what we'll be looking forward to, it is a true reality. death will have no sting in us at all.
