No excuse for no vision

Vision-

People like to say, I can't have a vision, if I have a vision that means I am not loyal to pastor's vision. Is that biblical? Bible says, if you don't have a vision you perish. Your pastor has a vision that's great, that does not mean you have a vision. Receiving His vision is not enough, you still have to hear from God, to put the vision into faith. Understanding all vision must come from heaven, visions are seeds of faith. Unless you hear from the Lord yourself, your leader's vision as great as it sounds is still his/her vision not your vision. In the NewTestament every men can hear from God, the mentality of Oh I can't hear and can only do what leaders say is not biblical. The 12 apostles didn't sit there waiting for Peter the Rock of the church to give orders, if so they will be inactive and perish soon. No! They all received the same Spirit that told them what to do!  As Stephen preached To the Jewish authorities, Philip got sent to another town. Christianity become so vibrant, organic, and passionate when the sheep hear His voice. This will get the lukewarm spirit and all excuses out of people's lives. One day you and I will be accountable to the vision we receive from God not Your leaders. Jesus has the final say, not your leader. We must change the mentality of the religious mindset, all hearing is pastor's job, no we are all sons and daughters and we all hear from God. Let your vision confirm with your Leaders vision, and not let him tell you what to do in everything. Before he asks, you should know what he wants. This will set many free in the church, and set a fire in people's soul, when they realize they can obey the vision from Heaven like Paul did. Please followers get your vision and hear from the Lord, and Leaders please teach and empower an endtime generation who are discerning and mature in hearing from the Spirit of God.
