Forgiveness is the way to Freedom

I'd heard once, the greatest authority you will have comes with the perfect love and humility that Jesus will give you. You reign through love and nothing will stand against you.

Forgiveness is a daily process. Many times we have many offenses from others or God or even ourselves. When we refuse to deal with it and choose to walk away, we begin to let the dust build up upon us-- this will open up greatest access for the enemy.

The Lord often uses our enemies to discipline us and allowing the enemy to torment us for a season until we are come to the end of ourselves and forgive our enemies.

Matt 18
33 Should you not also have had compassion on your fellow servant, just as I had pity on you?’ 34 And his master was angry, and delivered him to the torturers until he should pay all that was due to him.
35 “So My heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brother his trespasses.”

God has laid out the true freedom that we can access which is through forgiveness.

Practical steps:
1. Ask the HS to reveal 1 person that we need to forgive
2. Ask the HS for the specific sin that the person has afflicted us
3. Pray the forgiveness prayer out loud
4. Ask for forgiveness of any lies we believed through the process
5. Oppose the lies and command the spirit to go
