Eyes of Faith

Faith is the substance of the unseen. Faith is the assurance or the receipt that you have something without seeing it in the natural. Somehow I have the peace and assurance knowing that all is going to be alright, all is well, there is no need to be anxious. Faith provokes me to look back and see the path I tread upon, remembering the promises He had spoken. I must rest assure in quietness now. To fret is to say I don't trust you daddy. To fear is to say, you are not good to me. What harm will that bring to a relationship with such a tender God. So be calm all my soul. In times of testing, let your love be my anchor. Open my eyes of faith, open up my heart of love, in the wings of worship Let me be carried to that vast ocean of adventure. In love I'll prevail. In faith I'll triumph. And in obedience I'll tread upon the unknown world.
